Defendant James M. Dineen appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court (York County, Delahanty, C.J.) that fined him $3,900 for contempt of its previous order to abate a nuisance and granted the Town other prospective relief. We conclude that the court erred to the extent it imposed $1,200 of the fine for conduct that the previous order had not prohibited. We therefore modify the judgment to reduce the...
