TYSON, Judge.

Joe Nathan Rawls, alias, was indicted for the unlawful possession of cocaine in violation of § 13A-12-212(a)(1), Code of Alabama 1975. The jury found the appellant guilty as charged in the indictment, and the trial judge set the sentence at three years' imprisonment, split with one year's imprisonment and, thereafter, three years probation.
