The subject of this appeal is an order entered by the circuit court of Cook County which found that Louis Rotfeld, deceased, held certain bonds in trust for the benefit of Audrey Zukerman, also deceased, and which awarded those bonds to the Estate of Audrey Zukerman. The executor of the estate of Louis Rotfeld appeals the decision of the trial court, contending that the court erred in finding that Rotfeld intended...
