We reverse a final judgment dismissing appellant's third amended complaint for failure to state a cause of action.

Kesl, Inc. alleges that it is the owner of the Racquet Club of Deer Creek and seeks enforcement of a "Club Membership Agreement" against the appellee condominium association. The complaint alleges that, under the terms of the Agreement and the Declaration of Condominium, the Association is obligated to collect club membership dues...
