Appellant, Terry Huntsberry, an inmate at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Institutional Division (hereinafter "TDCJID"), appeals the dismissal of his pro se civil complaint which the trial court dismissed pursuant to "Tex.Civ.Prac. & Rem.Code Ann. § 13.001 (Vernon 1988-89) [sic]."
