This matter is an appeal from a judgment of the Huron County Court of Common Pleas.

The facts as established at trial are as follows. On September 13, 1988, John Potter and Brad Jones stole Damian Luchkowsky's gun collection, including an Uzi and a .45 Colt, from Luchkowsky's residence. Later, that same day, Potter and Jones took the guns to the home of appellant, Billy Brook Webb. Webb contacted Eli Carroll, who came to the Webb residence...
