John Edward Jackson, Jr. was convicted by a jury for possessing cocaine with intent to distribute and was sentenced to thirty years in prison and fined $26,000. Jackson contends on appeal that the attorney for the Commonwealth made improper comments in his closing argument which prevented Jackson from receiving a fair trial. We hold that the comments were not reversible error and accordingly affirm his conviction...
