MORSE, Justice.

This is an appeal from a bench trial of two Motions to Modify in Suit Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship. Both appellant and appellee filed motions to modify the managing conservatorship from joint to sole managing conservatorship of their son. Judgment was entered in favor of appellee, the father. Appellant raises one point of error. We reverse.
