This cause was arbitrated pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 86 requiring mandatory arbitration. (134 Ill.2d R. 86.) Defendant, Charles E. Smith, appeals the judgment entered on the arbitration award in favor of the plaintiff, Wendy Weisenburn.
