This is an appeal from a judgment confirming an intercompany arbitration award. The arbitrators determined that respondent (Allstate) had a right of subrogation against appellant (Principal) for basic economic loss benefits it had paid. Principal moved the trial court for an order vacating the arbitration award, arguing that the arbitrators had exceeded their powers by deciding an issue of Minnesota no-fault law.
