Plaintiff filed a complaint dated 19 April 1990, alleging that decedent had loaned money to defendant upon defendant's promise to repay the loans. The complaint alleged that plaintiff had made demand of defendant, but that no part of the loan had been repaid. Plaintiff sought to recover $94,520.00 plus interest.
