This matter is before this court upon the appeal of Frank Lee Stokes, appellant, from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas. A jury found the appellant guilty of one count of rape in violation of R.C. 2907.02. The victim was the appellant's eight-year-old daughter.
