In this appeal, the appellant challenges the constitutionality of Code § 18.2-422, which prohibits a person from wearing a mask in public. He contends that the statute is unconstitutional on its face and as applied to him. Appellant also contends that the trial court impermissibly considered his beliefs in imposing punishment.
