Appellant's motion to consolidate case no. 91-1435 and 91-1436 is denied as moot. Appellee's motion to dismiss appeal is granted and this appeal from the Circuit Court for Monroe County, Florida, is hereby dismissed. See Liberty Mutual v. Lone Star Industries, 556 So.2d 1122 (Fla. 3rd DCA 1989).
