PER CURIAM.

Defendant pleaded no contest to a charge of assault with intent to commit second-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520g(2); MSA 28.788(7)(2), and was sentenced to 1 1/2 to 5 years' imprisonment. He appeals as of right, and we affirm.

Defendant's conviction arises from his sexual assault of a nine-year-old niece of his former girl friend.
