OPINION

FORSBERG, Judge.

This appeal is from judgments of conviction and sentences for second degree intentional murder, Minn.Stat. § 609.19(1) (1990) and second degree manslaughter, Minn. Stat. § 609.205(1) (1990). We affirm.
