PER CURIAM.

Following a bench trial, defendant was convicted of one count of possession with intent to deliver more than 225 but less than 650 grams of cocaine, MCL 333.7401(2)(a)(ii); MSA 14.15(7401)(2)(a)(ii), and one count of possession of marijuana, MCL 333.7403(2)(d); MSA 14.15(7403)(2) (d). Defendant was sentenced to concurrent prison terms of ten to thirty years and one year, respectively. Defendant now appeals...
