Defendant, Christopher King, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, and with unlawful use of weapons. The defendant's pre-trial motions were denied, and then, after a lengthy trial, the jury returned a guilty verdict on all three counts. The trial judge sentenced defendant to a total of 12 years.
