The testimony presented at the hearing tended to show the following facts. Appellant-wife and deceased were married for the second time on 14 June 1983 and remained lawfully married at the time of his death on 17 April 1988. Prior to this marriage, the husband was involved in a motorcycle accident which left him a quadriplegic. After the marriage, the wife and husband moved into a house which was built to accommodate the husband's physical condition...
