Cross-appellant, Tioga Coal Company ("Tioga"), brought this action in equity against cross-appellant, Supermarkets General Corporation ("Supermarkets"), seeking title by adverse possession to a strip of land, known as Agate Street, located within the boundaries of Supermarkets' property and adjacent to Tioga's property.
