This appeal arises as a result of a worker's compensation dispute between plaintiff, Susie Poledor, and the Louisiana Insurance Guaranty Association (hereafter LIGA).1

The trial court found that plaintiff was temporarily totally disabled under the "odd-lot doctrine" and rendered judgment awarding plaintiff $11,789.34, representing 138 weeks of past due benefits, and ordered defendant to pay all medicals arising out...
