Josephine Sartain returns once again to this Court, appealing a $600,000.00 judgment ($300,000.00 compensatory damages and $300,000.00 punitive damages) taken against her in Yalobusha County Circuit Court. She raises numerous errors concerning the lower court proceeding, most of which have to do with her mental capacity, or lack of it.
