Defendant Daniel Edward Naylor was convicted of first degree murder and second degree murder under an accomplice liability charge in the death of Wayne Lange; the second degree murder conviction was vacated by the trial court. Naylor was also convicted of the use of drugs to injure or facilitate a crime; the trial court imposed a prison sentence for that offense to run concurrently...
