MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER RE: MOTION FOR ABANDONMENT

On November 29, 1991, the U.S.A. filed a Motion for Abandonment. Debtor filed a Memorandum in Opposition to Internal Revenue Service's Motion for Abandonment.
