CURETON, Judge:

The appellant, Anthony Gray, was convicted of assault with intent to commit criminal sexual conduct in the first degree. He appeals his conviction. We reverse and remand for a new trial.

Gray was a friend of the boyfriend of the alleged victim. He sometimes gave the boyfriend a ride to work. The victim testified Gray came to her trailer early one morning and asked to use the phone....
