These related cases involve National Westminster Bank USA's ("Natwest" or the "Bank") efforts to recover upon a written guarantee (the "Guarantee") of RPC Corporation's ("RPC") president Walter L. Ross ("Ross"), and Ross's and RPC's "lender liability" claims. The essential facts are set forth in the Court's prior opinions, National Westminster Bank v. Ross, 676 F.Supp. 48
