Petition this court, under Rule 809.51, Stats., for a supervisory writ requiring the circuit court to: (1) provide for payment of Dressler's attonrey's fees at the rate established in SCR 81.02 (West 1990); (2) provide funds to retain expert witnesses to assist in Dressler's defense; and, (3) prohibit the Honorable Gerald P. Ptacek from continuing to preside over State of Wisconsin v. Joachim...
