Plaintiffs allege violations by defendant Thompson of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq., ("ERISA") (Count One), and of the Racketeer Influenced and Corruption Organizations Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq....
