Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Contrary to the defendant's contentions, he was not deprived of his right to be present at a material stage of his trial. The record indicates that before the entire jury was sworn, two prospective jurors were examined at sidebar, in the presence of defense counsel, and then were discharged with the consent of the prosecutor and defense counsel.
