On December 18, 1990 an order of the Supreme Court of Ontario, dated November 27, 1990, was filed in this court by the petitioner, pursuant to section 75-p of the Domestic Relations Law of New York State, which order granted petitioner temporary custody of the parties' two children, a son and a daughter, and directed their return to Canada.
