This bankruptcy appeal is brought by the debtor Frank Trovato ("Trovato") from an order of the Bankruptcy Court which approved a settlement in the sum of $4,000.00 of a retaliatory discharge lawsuit which had been brought by Trovato against Chicago-Midwest Credit Management Association ("CMCMA").
