Keyes appeals from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict which found no negligence on the part of Tallahassee Memorial Regional Medical Center (hospital). Keyes raises two issues on appeal: (1) Whether the trial court erred in refusing to give the requested jury instructions on res ipsa loquitur, and (2) whether the trial court erred in excluding testimony of a hospital employee concerning what she had been told by another unidentified hospital employee...
