Claimant-appellant Kenneth Jones (Jones) appeals from the denial of his claim for unemployment benefits by the appellee Review Board (Board) of the Indiana Department of Employment and Training Services (Department), claiming that the Board's decision was erroneous and that the hearing officer denied him a fair hearing.
