Defendant Calvin Lee Tidswell pled guilty on January 16, 1991 to both parts of a two-count indictment charging: (1) distribution and possession with intent to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. sections 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1); and (2) possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. sections 922(g) and 924(e)(1). Defendant now objects to two elements of the presentence report...
