Plaintiff appeals from the trial court's dismissal of his two-count complaint. We affirm.

On April 4, 1990, plaintiff was discharged from his job as a building and maintenance supervisor by defendant Lake Park Center. The termination letter stated that the reason for plaintiff's termination was plaintiff's "institution of and failure amicably to resolve a personal lawsuit against various owners and operators...
