Joseph Hawkins was indicted for the offense of murder in violation of § 13A-6-2, Code of Alabama 1975. The jury found Hawkins guilty as charged in the indictment, and he was sentenced to 25 years in the penitentiary and was ordered to pay a fine of $2,000. Six issues are raised on appeal.
