ALPERT, Judge.

In this appeal, we are asked to consider whether Maryland's drug kingpin statute is unconstitutionally vague and overbroad, and whether the evidence used to convict the appellant was insufficient as a matter of law. For reasons that we will elaborate herein, we conclude that the statute is neither unconstitutionally vague nor overbroad, and that the evidence was sufficient to warrant submitting the case to the jury.
