The state brings this appeal from the trial court's order granting appellee Charles Stevens' motion to suppress statements he made to the police. The court expressly based its ruling on the United States Supreme Court's decision in Dunaway v. New York, 442 U.S. 200, 99 S.Ct. 2248, 60 L.Ed.2d 824 (1979). Implicated in the trial court's ruling are Stevens' rights under both the Fourth and the Fifth Amendments...
