The defendants appeal two verdicts of the Superior Court (Dickson, J.), the first in favor of Yacht Club Vista Condominium Association (Association) against Yacht Club Vista, Inc. (Declarant), Emma May Butler and Robert W. Butler in the amount of $319,428, plus costs, and the second in favor of George E.
