Appellants and appellees are descendants of John J. Emery, holding deeds to property that Emery originally named "Peterloon Farm." Peterloon Farm lies in three separate jurisdictions: Symmes Township, the village of Indian Hill, and the city of Montgomery. On February 17, 1989, appellants filed the within action to delete certain restrictions from the deeds to their Peterloon property in Symmes Township.
