Defendant-appellant, Vice Chairperson of the now bankrupt debtor corporation Harvard Knitwear, Inc., executed a guaranty pursuant to which he agreed to guarantee payment of the corporation's liabilities to plaintiff Chemical Bank, "of whatever nature, whether now existing or hereafter incurred."
