James E. Goroum, Jr., appeals from the order of the Orphans' Court for Calvert County dismissing his petition to caveat and admitting to probate the will of James E. Goroum, Sr., appellant's father. He asserts that the dismissal was not appropriate because "the Will's attestation page was not affixed to the Will in the Testator's presence."
