Kenneth Goldman appeals from the denial in the Superior Court (Oxford County, Browne, A.R.J.) of his M.R.Civ.P. 80B appeal from the ruling of the Lovell Board of Appeals ("Board") denying his administrative appeal from the Lovell Planning Board's denial of his after-the-fact application for a conditional use permit. The Board found his structure to be a "dwelling unit" and therefore ineligible for permit approval under Lovell's zoning ordinance...
