Southland Cable Company (employer) appeals from an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (board) which affirmed a referee's decision awarding benefits under a fatal claim petition to Cheryl Ann Emmett (claimant) pursuant to The Pennsylvania Workmen's Compensation Act1 (Act). We affirm.
