Marshall Burkes sued Edward E. Hales and other members of the Wisconsin Investment Board, claiming that he was wrongfully discharged from his position as the board's executive director. We granted Hales's petition for leave to appeal from a nonfinal order of the trial court directing that his attorney, Stephen P. Hurley, be disqualified from representing him in the case.
