During the course of his employment by Genstar Stone Products, Ernest L. Morris, Sr. was crushed to death while operating a heavy construction paver manufactured and sold by Blaw-Knox Construction Equipment, Inc. ("Blaw-Knox"). Rita I. Morris ("Mrs. Morris") and Ernest L. Morris, Jr., the personal representative of the decedent's estate (collectively "appellees") brought a wrongful death and survival action against appellant Blaw-Knox in the Circuit Court...
