PER CURIAM.

Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of possession with intent to deliver more than 225 grams, but less than 650 grams, of cocaine.1 He was then found guilty in a bench trial of being an habitual offender, fourth offense.2 Defendant's sentence of ten to thirty years' imprisonment for the underlying crime was vacated and enhanced under the habitual offender conviction to seventeen to forty...
