The plaintiff, Cynthia DeLellis, appeals from an order of the Superior Court (Mohl, J.) granting defendant Connecticut National Mortgage Co., Inc.'s (Connecticut National) motion to dismiss her wrongful foreclosure action for lack of standing. She maintains that, as a judgment creditor of Pamela Burke, the mortgagor upon whom Connecticut National foreclosed, she has standing to assert Burke's cause of action for wrongful foreclosure
