Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.

In the present case, there is no dispute that the invoices submitted by the plaintiff accurately reflect the amounts which the defendant agreed to pay for the rental of steel sheet piles for a construction project. Thus, the plaintiff established its entitlement to judgment in its favor as a matter of law (see, Zuckerman v City of New York, 49 N.Y.2d 557
