John McDaniel appeals the February 22, 1990, order of the Pennsylvania State Board of Probation and Parole (Board) recommitting him to serve four years of his unexpired term of a sentence of three to seven years as a convicted parole violator (CPV) and recommitting him to serve, concurrently, twenty-four months backtime as a multiple technical parole violator (TPV). Also before us for disposition is appointed counsel's petition to withdraw as counsel...
